Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions
Pro Sound Service A/V Gift Certificates can be purchased and used on our website, over the phone or in our Showroom in Braintree, MA. Gift Certificates will either be mailed or emailed to whom ever is designated in the "Ship To" form in our shopping cart.
Security
The Pro Sound Service A/V Gift Certificate is a safe way to make your purchases. Each Gift Certificate has unique numbers and letters assigned to it. This is used to track any purchases made with the gift certificate and is used to keep an accurate account balance.
Flexibility
Multiple Gift Certificates can be purchased and used together. Gift Certificates can be combined with other forms of payment. Example: If you have a $100.00 Gift Certificate and the purchase you are making is $150.00, you can use your Gift Certificate and can charge the remaining amount to your Credit Card.
Limitations
The Pro Sound Service A/V Gift Certificate is redeemable for merchandise and/or services we offer only and is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The Gift Certificate will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Returns & Exchanges
ANy merchandise that is purchased with a Gift Certificate can be returned (subject to our return policy for online purchased) and a replacement Gift Certificate will be issued for the exact amount of the purchase.
