"Jeff Morley of Pro Sound Service is the sales person we dealt with and we got very good pricing on what we had them bid on. So good, in fact, I thought they had made an error (we got about 60% off street price). Apparently, they did a cost-plus on everything and the big-makeup items came out really well. How we worked the install was that we ordered all the infrastructure stuff & went to pick them up at Pro Sound's showroom in Braintree to save truck freight. We only paid for 8 man hours and got it all done including the speaker processing tweaking. I'd use them again in a minute. Jeff is a good guy.

From the beginning, I feel that not only was the bid competitive, but very prompt, and Jeff didn’t mind the several ‘tweaks’ we made during the bid process. The value-engineering suggestions that Jeff made were valuable not only in cost savings, but also showed your true understanding of our project, as well as the equipment that you not only just ‘sell’, but professionally ‘represent’. I also want to mention that we didn't get the kind of attention that Pro Sound gave us from other bidding vendors. I don't think we could ask for a more professional, but flexible and personable transaction."
